Zucci is owned and run by husband and wife team Sefer and Jacqui Tekin.
Sefer is originally from the Aegean region of the Med and comes from a family of professional chefs in Turkey.
Jacqui is a proud Geordie and has a financial background gained in some of the top FTSE 100 companies such as Diageo and also BNP Paribas, Nandos, Scottish Courage, Pearl and Arthur Andersons.
They are supported by chefs Selim and Ercan and a plethora of young local waiting staff.
